Absolute Workflow ("Absolute Workflow", "we" or "us") operates in Alberta, Canada. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and our services, you consent to the practices described here.
We collect the information you provide through our contact and booking forms. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and the name and location of your business. When you book a call, the scheduling details are also collected.
If you become a client, we may also collect information needed to manage your Google Business Profile, such as the profile you connect and the keywords and service area you want us to target. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is described here.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold calls, prepare a proposal, and, if you become a client, deliver and manage the services. We also use it to send you the monthly reporting described on our site and to communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information to train external models or share it for advertising purposes.
We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the service. Cal.com is used for scheduling. Google is used for the Google Business Profile connection. These providers process your information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies, and only to the extent needed to provide the service we use them for.
Your information is stored on secure, encrypted servers managed by these providers and our hosting infrastructure. We limit access to the people inside Absolute Workflow who need it to do their work.
We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. If you do not become a client, we keep enquiry and booking details for a reasonable period to respond to you and for record-keeping, and then delete or anonymize them. If you are a client, we keep your information for the life of the engagement and for a short period afterward to close out the account, unless a longer period is required by law.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, subject to limited legal and record-keeping obligations. To make any of these requests, contact us at josh@absoluteworkflowagency.org.
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days, and at no cost to you.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, you can contact us at josh@absoluteworkflowagency.org.
