Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Absolute Workflow ("Absolute Workflow", "we" or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or the services.

Absolute Workflow provides Google Business Profile management and local search optimization services for service businesses. The specific work included in your engagement is set out in the proposal or agreement we agree with you. Anything not described there is outside the scope of the services.

To allow us to do the work, you agree to connect your Google Business Profile and to provide the information we reasonably need, such as accurate business details, service areas and any offers you want promoted. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for ensuring you have the right to let us act on your profile.

You retain full ownership and control of your own Google Business Profile at all times. Absolute Workflow acts as a manager only, never as the owner. You can remove our access at any time, and nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your profile, your reviews, your content or your account to us.

While we use industry-leading strategies and work in good faith to improve your local visibility, we do not guarantee specific rankings, a specific number of phone calls, bookings or leads, or any particular outcome within a specific timeframe. Local search results are subject to Google's changing algorithms and to the activity of your competitors, both of which are outside our control.

The services depend on platforms operated by third parties, including Google for the Google Business Profile and for search results. These platforms can change their features, policies, ranking methods or access at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by these platforms that affect your profile or your rankings, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Fees for the services are agreed with you before work begins and are set out in your proposal or agreement. You can cancel the services at any time in accordance with the notice terms in your agreement. On cancellation, our access to your profile is removed and all work already completed remains yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be handled in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
